Application supporting the patient registration process

As a subcontractor of a software development company, we completed a project for their client, which is a reputable Swiss Clinic. We have prepared an application that allows for self-registration of patients via tablets located at the clinic's reception. The application allows you to fill in a questionnaire - an interview on the patient's health.
